Our parish is committed to high standards in the safeguarding and care of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Whatever you need to share, we’re here to listen and to help.
If you’re worried about a child, young person, or vulnerable adult — in our parish or anywhere else — please don’t hesitate to get in touch. You can speak to someone in confidence.
In an emergency
If someone is in immediate danger, please call the emergency services on 999 straight away.
You can also contact the Diocese of Sheffield Safeguarding Team if you’d prefer to speak to someone outside the parish.

Use our private contact form to send a message directly to our Parish Safeguarding Officer in confidence.
We follow the safeguarding policies of the Church of England and the Diocese of Sheffield. Our parish has a named Safeguarding Officer in each church, and all volunteers and staff who work with children or vulnerable adults receive appropriate training and DBS checks.
We’re committed to listening carefully, taking every concern seriously, and acting swiftly when something needs to change. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility — and creating a place where people feel safe and respected is at the heart of who we want to be.

We stand against domestic abuse in all its forms. If you’re experiencing abuse, or you’re worried about someone who is, we want to help. Please speak to our Safeguarding Officer or the Oversight Minister in confidence, or contact the National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247 (free, 24/7).
